32nd Fun in the Sun
Sorry if you missed Cimarron’s annual event last Saturday. We served over 200 hamburgers and about the same number of hot dogs. Our cooks had no complaints but were questioned about where they got the great hamburgers. The melting chocolate chip cookies were very tasty and the snow cones and cold sodas helped a lot on that hot afternoon. As in years past, the giant slide was quite a hit and the raffle brought happy faces to the table to receive their winnings. Maybe we will see you next year. We try and schedule our events, both the Easter egg hunt and the Fun in the Sun, around the same date. Thanks again to our young and more mature volunteers, board members and our home owners for supporting this event.

Access to the pool will be available to all Cimarron residents that are current with their HOA dues and have completed the pool registration form. If you received an access card last year, the card will be activated once the 2023 pool registration form has been processed. If you did not register for an access card and your residence has never had the electronic access card, you are eligible to receive the first access card at no charge. This card will be reactivated each year once criteria noted above is verified. Additional cards or lost card replacements may be purchased for $50.00 each. Our office accepts exact cash or checks made payable to Cimarron CIA. Upon verification of a current account balance, MASC Austin Properties, Inc. will activate your existing pool access card. Replacement pool access cards will not be mailed unless written request is received with payment. Please contact the office of MASC Austin Properties, Inc. at 713-776-1771 for additional information. Please review the pool registration information, complete and return the pool registration form for processing.
2023 Tennis Court Access Card Registration
Access to the tennis/pickleball courts will be available to all Cimarron residents that are current with their HOA dues and have completed the 2023 tennis court registration form for annual access card activation. This card will be reactivated each year (week of February 6, 2023) once criteria is verified. Replacement access cards may be purchased for $50.00 each.
Please complete and return the tennis court registration form for processing. If a Cimarron CIA homeowner or resident is in possession of a pool access card, this may be programmed to access the tennis courts upon receipt of tennis court registration form and verification that resident is current with their HOA dues.
